Mine was also scheduled for Dec. 20th. However I just called Amazon Bulky order Service line and was told they don't have anything in their warehouse, and Amazon is currently negotiating with their supplier to seek for a solution. I was offered $60 per bike as compensation though. The lady who answered the phone told me she never got this issue before during her past 10+ years of experience in the bulky item service center, and Amazon has already escalated this issue as of today. She did help me submit three tickets to the headquarter and ask me to wait for another 72 hours for a response. Let's see what happens next.

Just chatted with Amazon to discuss the screenshot. The rep confirmed that Amazon IS a authorized store and the Rattan note only applies to non-Rattan and non-Amazon 3rd party Sellers. The rep also confirmed that if anything is wrong, Amazon will help.

He also confirmed that the product is returnable within 30 days.

It is kinda shady. I was trying to cancel my order after 30 minutes but it say its too far in process to cancel. My schedule date is 12/29. I just want to move it up earlier. Why would they ship my item which isn't due for another 2 weeks

Amazon sold the bike but doesn't mean they physically have it .
Ceva is the delivery company.
To get a message saying it has been picked up by carrier within one hour of ordering and a small tracking number that is not in the data base of the carrier and to show no progress of delivery…..
does not add up to legit deal but will see , also an extra battery is about the same price of the deal even without a bike or a single battery…

In the HeyBike Race Max orders, folks are saying that they were supposed to already receive it but just shows delayed. My guess is the same thing will happen here, it'll just say delayed and we'll never receive a package, and it'll ask if you want to cancel/refund your order b/c of the delay. There never was any product to be delivered...

I also do not understand why it is relevant. If the company is listed in China as being a leather company then the Chinese information is incorrect. The only relevance is that perhaps the Chinese system is not reliable.

Id sure like to see if anyone has a real update on a delivery as in where it is … ie package is in Texas , now it's in Los Angeles etc… mine only says picked up. I called Amazon and they could not find anymore info either on package whereabouts….
