Should be good for making scalloped potatoes. Pour boiling water over the patoatoes and let them soak a few minutes. If you don't have an electric kettle, you should consider one. Sour cream, butter, cheese, green onion, black pepper, Cajun seasoning, and then play with the hot water added to get correct consistency. Bake until edges of potatoes start to brown.
It's not spicy. A food pepper would rather have some hot sauce.
