More like shitty info.

Not the camera. Cam hardware is actually quite competitive.
It's the One+ cam software which can be improved by side loading 3rd party fork = GCam.

The OP9s have shitty cameras. I ended up putting Google's pixel camera APK - Gcam and it is much better but still not where it should be in my opinion.

The 10 Pro is IP68 rated, which surprised me because the 10T is not. I didn't buy a 10T because of this reason. The 10 Pro may be hard to pass up.

Yes, the 10 Pro uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, same as the S23 FE does, which is susceptible to overheating. The 10T uses the 8+ Gen 1.

Thank you. Would that be a reason from your perspective to completely avoid this phone, or is this a situation that if you are not a phone gamer (I'm not) or not interested in 8k video (I'm not) that this could be still a very good buy?

Yes, I would avoid it. I would go with the 10T or 11 if I want a Oneplus again (I use a 7T now). Also, I would avoid any t-mobile unlocked phones b/c various bloatware and restrictions installed in them. And it's not easy to remove them.
I just ordered a Motorola Thinkphone and will take delivery soon. I have very high hopes for it after doing my research. It is also using a 8+ Gen 1.
