Did it die or just need cleaned? I've taken mine apart to clean the wheel twice and it works just fine.

Been using mine for six years. Great mouse.

I remembering ordering one of these before to keep in reserve with my other 2 brand new boxed mice and I have no idea where it went. Better order another I guess.

Does this one suffer from the double-click issue?

Just to note , Ive been using the G502 Hero for about 3+ yrs now and its been flawless using it on a daily basis including daily gaming . No problems with the scroll or any other button . ~ Right now its only $10 off , but at $40 sale price it might be a better investment IMO .

I'll still thumbs up for op's deal due to the price .

$18 is a nice usual sale price tag for this model, I was 'bout to order one or two for my wife as this is her favorite mouse, but shipping is not free on eBay, showing $6 for me, which makes it kind of regular price...

Been using 502 hero on a daily basis for years now, last year bought 3 of them on deal off eBay for $19 each just to make sure I'll have a spare one if mine start glitching. One of the best mouse I've ever used.

Logitech is actually very good about honoring their warranties. As opposed to a company like Razer which pretends like they have a warranty but refuses to honor it anymore.
They replaced a G815 keyboard for me due to peeling paint no questions asked. Just sent it.

Thanks! Wasn't able to get free shipping on my phone, but no problems whatsoever on my laptop. Ordered two as back ups 🙂

I had others die on me 6months or less but i click with much more force. It wasn't just cleaning, after taking apart switches I could visibly see that the springs lost their form and had to be replaced when friends say their lasted 3+ years. Dust can be a factor but force and usage can also be issues. Had a scroll wheel disconnect from its track. Guess it couldn't handle the torque i put on it 😅

I just happened to be looking for a gaming mouse this past week, and saw the G402. Seems like a good deal for the price, but I spent the extra and went for another G502.

Either way, you can stack 20% off if you trade in an old device:

https://www.bestbuy.com/site/logi...9080616911

Initially they said you had to trade in a Logitech device, but that isn't the case. A mouse / keyboard / headset / webcam would work for sure. They said via chat that my old mobo would work as well (literally e-waste), so YMMV but it sounds like any computer component / peripheral will work.

I used this on Sunday and traded in my old Xbox 360 headset (was quite literally almost garbage). Ended up being ~$35 for me after tax. I think it'll apply to any open box ones if you find them, but I splurged the extra $3 to buy new (gonna be a gift for a friend).
