Did you receive your bike? Company is now telling me they never got my order and that I must have ordered from a counterfeit company?
Regarding the EFGBIKE 5600W, this is the message from an Amazon Associate.
"It seems processing error with this shipment in our facility and that's why package hasn't reach the carrier yet. Yes,we are getting lot of delivery issue regarding this issue and our specialist team are working on it so replacement not available from my end but i can issue refund for you,shall i proceed?"
