Might have to grab that Cyberpunk bundle though… and MK1.

Boy do I have some disappointing news. You'd have more fun replaying 1.

And this is precisely why steam will never agree to such an arrangement. If I remember correctly GOG has a similar feature where you can populate it with steam games you own as well as epic and other stores.

Epic funded the game. This is probably one that won't come to steam for very long if ever. Imma bite the bullet and it's gonna be my first purchase on epic
That is such a giant bummer. I hope Remedy at least got a fat paycheck for it, but the Epic exclusivity and lack of a physical release on consoles is killing sales of one of the best gaming experiences this year. I need to know where this story goes.
Many people like to overestimate the power of the steam deck. It really does not live up to expectations if you're targeting AAA games.
I've played Spiderman Remastered on Steam Deck and was impressed with performance even docked at 1080p on my plasma TV. I don't have a PS4 to compare to (have a PS5, and a PS3 before that). God of War (2018) is a good example, and videos of YouTube show pretty similar performance.
You mentioned Cyberpunk 2077. What do you think it runs better on? A PS4 or a Steam Deck?

I have a ps4 and steamdeck and have played both gow and spiderman on both. Ps4 is by far a smoother experience. Please do not take these youtube videos as the truth. It's cherry picked to show specific non-demanding areas for views. I also have an xbox one and played the gears series as well. Gears 4 and 5 although works on steam deck is a far worse experience graphic wise especially if you use a modern TV. No offense but a 1080p plasma is hardly modern. I too have a 1080p plasma that I bought 13 years ago and we barely use it anymore. Hell I don't even think it's plugged in.
I picked ps3 because I can guarantee that the steamdeck can and will match that performance. Not so much the PS4.
Hogwarts legacy and Red Dead 2 is another great example of running poorly on the deck. It'll run but with low graphics on some extreme upscaling and 30fps. It runs much better on Ps4.
Fact of the matter is AAA games and steamdeck does not always get along and the experience on previous gen console will be a much better experience than on the deck.

The next big steam event is in 8 days right after the EGS sale. I HIGHLY doubt steam will match anywhere close to these prices.
