I was telling the dude who criticized you for putting the wrong picture in to be gradual you took your time to list it and not complain about the picture being wrong. It was passive aggressive against them while showing appreciation to you.

FWIW, I bought a Galaxy Book2 360 less than a year ago and sent it in for service once already for a, "sticky," E key and think I'll have to again for a sticky up arrow key as well. I like the keyboard well enough in day to day feel, but worry about more than a few years longevity.

I baby all of my electronics and have actually never had a keyboard fail and that might just be luck, but it's disconcerting nonetheless.

Would you please provide the source for double battery life?

The Samsung press release for the Book3 states a 14 hour battery life for video playback. The Book4 is supposed to double that?

These are great I love my book2 but runs blistering hot on high performance mode. Something you probably won't ever need anyway as it's adjustable to quiet balanced high performance

Would never buy another Samsung laptop. Warranty service was appealing. It took over 3 months to get a faulty motherboard replaced when I got it back the mouse was broken.
