For screws that are easy to reach, anything will work. For screws that are harder to reach, I've found it very handy to have 2" and 6" long hex bits with a compact handle, specifically the Picquic Dash-7 and the 6" Harbor Freight bits:

or, heaven forbid, individual screwdrivers, some stubby. There are so fewer screws in a typical PC nowadays - #2, sometimes #1, Phillips covers most of them that didn't come in a prebuilt, although M.2 screws are tiny and I can't remember what size mine are. I will occasionally use a flat head, such as the 6" bit by itself, to push down on a PCI-E release lever (although this can end in disaster! maybe use a chopstick.) Nobody has to use a flathead for heatsink clips anymore. Nutsetters can be nice to use where they will work (especially for standoffs) and avoid typical Phillips damage, but that's no reason to go out and buy them. You will want "precision" screwdrivers for the M.2 screws, 2.5" SSDs, GPU heatsinks, and life in general.
