In for one, have had them before they're great. Can't justify ~$23 normally. But at $13 I'd say they're definitely worth it. Thanks OP!

Not quite true. No causal link established, and it's at least as likely that the subjects who consumed more erythritol were already at higher risk of cardiovascular disease, potentially due to being overweight and on diets. Also, it's still likely much less harmful than sugar itself.

In other words, erythritol is probably preferable to sugar, but you should stjll moderate erythritol. The ideal would be to just reduce sweetener foods of any type, no matter the cause of the sweetness. Erythritol may or may not "cause" clotting, but it's also possibly associated with increased digestive discomforts, like bloating, farting, and diarrhea.

I can anecdotally confirm the increased gas.
