I've been gaming for over 20 years.
My husband and I have set up a gaming room in my son's old room. We've also set up a weekly gaming schedule to group with our kids (also gamers). It's a good way to still spend time together once they've moved out. lol

A review for this specific chair on Walmart's website said their 9 year old son's head fits in the headrest.

What makes it a gaming chair versus an office chair? Are there any additional features I'm missing? Or is it just a fancy reskin of the ubiquitous black office chair you see at work? Also why is the Costco gaming chair I keep seeing in store 2x the price of this one? Is there a big difference in quality?

It's just your basic office chair covered in fabric. This will pill and stain quickly. Pass.

I bought the white one for my son for Xmas. I went to build it last night and it will be returned today. It is uncomfortable, the material is similar to a burlap sack, and it is extremely ugly.
