Can't comment on Neo Launcher, never heard about it before.
Using Pixel now so personally I have no need for a 3rd party launcher anymore.
UPD: I see Neo is not based on stock in terms of visual design. So not a direct competitor for Nova/Lawnchair.
It's just that it's never out of alpha, hence no releases in Play Store. Though I used it and it was perfectly functional and stable regardless.
P.S.
If I'm wrong about this, I'd love to know how to do this on the Pixel without having to change each individual icon.

It's just that it's never out of alpha, hence no releases in Play Store. Though I used it and it was perfectly functional and stable regardless.
Honestly, it makes me kind of suspicious....it looks like the latest alpha on GitHub is 12.1, but that was back in 2022. So I assume there are even more recent versions released ONLY on Telegram? That's sketchy.

I'm just fed up with phones that still can't recognize fingerprints/face consistently and the 8+ I'm constantly having to unlock with a password, it's 2023! I really miss the ease of a phone unlocking without doing all that!
I had the iPhone 12 until a moving van door warped it a bit, worked for months except for the power button! Everything is still locked up inside!
I really miss that search window at the top! Searched thru everything on the phone first, like they all should, ridiculous pixel 7 and 8+ search for apps, unless you click more times to tell it what to do, missed the whole point!
Pixel 7 was the worst phone I've had in years... like going backward a few years in technology, fingerprint rarely worked even after updating!
I need one that's capable of unlocking the majority of the time just by looking at it!
