Does the laser show up if you are presenting on Samsung TV?

I tried a real red laser and it doesn't work

No, you'll need a much more expensive non laser one. Lasers are ineffective on tvs.

I have a red and green laser, same thing.

A laser that can be seen indirectly on an LCD screen would probably be dangerous to the eyes if it were reflected or aimed directly at someone.

How do people present on big screen TVs in conference rooms?

They usually just use the mouse pointer. It has some options for presentations too

Remember when you were warned not to take your eye out with your BB gun. In the new world the laser is your enemy.

I've never seen any red laser point that would show up well on a TV, but maybe a green laser would work?

Thought they'd invent some fancy wii controller type laser pointer by now lol guess not.

Wii controller you just point at the display and a cursor follows wherever you point it O.o

You can get a gyroscopic mouse or wireless presenter that basically does that.

I used the Logitech Spotlight. Looks and works like a laser pointer, but it's all digital tracking like a mouse. You can also switch the red dot to be a highlighted circle. You can also control volume, video playback, etc with it. Stopped using it because I switched jobs. I present 1/20th the amount now. :-)

Overall, I loved that friggin Spotlight. Way more money than this though...

Logitech Spotlight. Exactly what you're describing.
