Shows up as $4.99 on the index page, but then turns into $14.99 when I click in to buy. What gives with the switch and bait, Amazon?!

Anyone get this offer to work?

I bought it for $4.99 and still see the same price when I click the link. Someone in another thread mentioned an intentional glitch on Amazon for people with no rush credits not showing the sale price, I personally didn't have this glitch using the website but the work around is this... "The only work around is to go to the Amazon Prime app on your phone (I use Android) and purchase them there. I just purchased several of these $4.99 movies on the app. On the website they show up anywhere from $7.99 to $12.99. Once I used up all my credits, the website now shows all these $4.99 deals at that price"
