Home Depot has a sale up to 75% off on holiday decorations, lights and trees etc.

A good number of items are 50% off, few are higher. 75% to come in over time, according to perfectflaw00 on 1/4/24 for some stores

A bunch of trees, led lights, greenery etc are at 75% off

I'd say that is a widespread phenomenon this year. It's pretty clear to me as someone who has shopped post-Christmas sales for decades, businesses brought in far less seasonal merchandise. Most stuff was already gone by December 25th, much less 50% off.

It's been that way since 2020 in this area. A lot of Christmas stuff is gone and not restocked maybe a week or two before Christmas. By the time 50% off hits there's a decent amount left, but many items are already gone. By 75% off, it's the giant mailbox, a bunch of basic lights and scraps.

this one keeps showing up in my daily feed, haven't seen anything listed locally.
today, it has a couple of trees...ok, figure I'll go check it out at lunch time. total waste of time. they didn't have anything. homedepot.com inventory is really out of whack. sucks.
