S'mores reminded me of graham crackers, with maybe a hint of chocolate. It's a welcome addition that's good to rotate through, but I would get bored of it quickly if that was the only flavor. Of the three flavors that Costco has on sale, the wife liked the vanilla ice cream the most while I still prefer the extreme milk chocolate.
Per oz, the vanilla ice cream is slightly more than the other two flavors, likely due to its versatility by mixing in other fruits to flavor. Just a FYI.
I really want to try s'mores but I am scared 😅. Personal fav is double rich chocolate, which Costco doesn't carry.

The expiry date is usually within 12-18 months. How many bags do you consume per year?
Based on servings alone, each bag is 80 servings. If you take one serving per day which isn't abnormal if you use it for weightlifting purposes or dietary supplement purposes, that's 4.5 bags in 12 months or around 6-7 bags in 18 months.
Depending on how much you use for supplement, 2 servings per day isn't even abnormal for weightlifting protein intake, so you can go through twice that bag amount in the same time periods (9 bags a year or say 13-14 bags in 18 months).
I personally wanted to snag about 6 or so at this price but can't seem to get it to do more. I bought this on sale a week ago and it seems to be tied to my account at least online.
I have always enjoyed chocolate but wanted to try the new-to-me flavors of S'mores and Vanilla Ice Cream. I didn't care much either way for S'mores and thought it was just ok. Sort of mid flavor and not overpowering in any way. I tired VIC for the 1st time tonight and have to admit it's my new favorite. I put a frozen banana in the blender with it though, so that definitely needs to be taken into consideration, but man it was really good. (I also always use milk instead of water)
Isn't 18 g of cholesterol considered high for one serving?
Yes, that would be ridiculously high!
But.....for the sake of argument, we will assume you meant mg. In that case, ON sits on the lower end of the mg/serving (or, more importantly, mg cholesterol per g protein) spectrum.
Always gotta stock up on this. I got 2 bags of s'mores to try the new flavor. Honestly it's not that great. I'll stick to normal chocolate for these bags
I tried the smores in store, very very sweet i woudl stay away unless you like the sweet marshmellow taste.
EDIT - The store used almond milk for the samples and maybe they used the sweetened one... my bad for not checking.
From what I've heard, you just need to go back later and buy two again. The limit is per transaction. It's not tied to your account, supposedly. I do plan to test this out.
You are correct. The limit is tied to your account on online purchases. It will let you buy more then the limit, but at the regular online price.

I was in store this past week and they had a booth setup to try the smores flavor. Like another person said, it tastes like graham cracker but imo chocolate is better if you're buying a whole bag. I'll wait until next month in case they're discounted even more if not selling well first time around.
Optimum Nutrition is not the WORST protein you can get, but it sure as hell isn't the greatest, either. Compare:
ON Gold, $55 for 5.64lbs
INGREDIENTS: Protein Blend (Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Peptides), Natural and Artificial Flavor, Lecithin, Cellulose Gum, Xanthum Gum, Salt, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Lactase
vs.
NOW Unflavored Whey Isolate, $126 per 10lbs
INGREDIENTS: Whey Protein Isolate, Sunflower Lecithin (< 1%)
I used O.N. for years when I was new to the strength training game. No more.

That's wasteful. Don't contribute to waste. Reduce your impact
