Save classico jars for those who do canning. Only pasta sauce jars I know of that fit Ball jar lids and work for canning.

With the way Amazon packs things, this seems like a disaster waiting to happen

Recently saw a blind comparison that rated Classico sauces in the top tier. I tend to use them as a decent starter, with seasoning, and other ingredients, to taste. That said, ALDI's are pretty good. Sorry, but my tests of higher priced, pre-made, sauces have not warranted the premium prices. Given the raves, maybe I should at least give Rao's a try. $8 for pasta sauce? Hard to justify. $2.05 for Classico is reasonable, though, if you watch your local ads, it can regularly be found under $2, and sometimes at $1.50. I like adding a little ground beef, and pepperoni to their tomato basil.

Everyone has different tastes. Yet personally I would recommend getting the organic sauce from Aldi. It is around $2 and in my opinion it tastes better than Rao's

Can get organic Lidl branded pasta sauce for $2 here in NC. Not sure this is a deal, paying for the brand name more than anything.

Exactly. Aldi or Lidl has $2 organic sauce that is better quality for price.

Bought 5 of these at a Colorado Kroger (King Soopers) for $1.50 each. Maybe if you live in Alaska or Hawaii these are a good deal.

So true..

I can visualize the Amazon packing monkeys opening up the jar and pouring the sauce into the box to save on shipping costs.

Last time they had this deal the container exploded all over my other prime day items and I cut my hand in two places opening the box.

i always have to add tomato paste to Classico sauces because they tend to be so watery.
