ASUS 27" 170Hz WQHD Gaming Monitor (VG27AQA1A) - $199.99

This ASUS QHD gaming monitor is available for $200 at both Newegg and Walmart (Newegg is the seller). This same price went FP in August last year, but I know many folks have 15% back (up to $15) at Walmart on their Chase credit cards now, so it could be extra attractive through Walmart. Additionally, Asus is offering 3 months of Adobe Creative Cloud [asus.com] with TUF Monitor purchases, which is worth $100+ if that's something that you use.
For me, the $15 back, plus the creative cloud (my wife is a freelance graphic designer) makes this monitor ridiculously cheap.
