Made it 12 days before I broke my New Years resolution not to buy any more guitars. Oh well, it was a good run.
I got in on the G5210-P90 for $300 deal. I love it. Great looking and sounding guitar. I think I would also have been very happy with this deal. $200 for this guitar seems an absolute steal to me!
I told myself I would try to learn guitar again if a nice looking guitar goes on sale. There were a couple that were either out of my price range or looked too "metal" for me.

This is the one that got my wallet out! Thanks for the find OP.

Heck of a deal. This is a great beginner guitar with small scale and both style pickups to choose from. Gretsch doesn't make a bad guitar.

This is one of those guitars that you'd get as a beginner and keep forever even when you move onto a more expensive instrument just because it's so cool with the different pickups. I'd get this over a Squier at this price all day.

I wouldn't call this a short scale guitar (what most would call a 3/4 scale). This is 24.75" scale according to the description just like a les paul.

@nick.tag How would this be for a beginner 9year old? Was looking at the squier mini, but this looks nice and I'd like to play around on it.

The squire mini has a much shorter neck and the width is also shorter. I got one for my nephew who's around that age and it fit him really well.
