Why is Weber better than other grills? My current Home Depot generic grill needs the burners replaced yearly. Hopefully Weber doesn't.

They generally have a great warranty and last longer. Personally, I think the Spirit line is basically equivalent to any Charbroil though.

Better materials, better design and better warranty. Worth the extra money you'll pay over other brands.

Yes and no. They're overrated, but still better than most. You aren't going to get 10 years out of them like you used to and only one line is made in the US anymore, the rest in China.

Edit: I appreciate that someone downvoted me because I didn't prostrate before the Weber gods. I own the Spirit 310, but I am now replacing it after less than 6 years of ownership because the cabinet has rusted out, as well as the side tables, and my starter knob is rusted in place so I haven't been able to turn it on in the past 6 months. When I contacted Weber about the rust 2 years into my ownership, they told me to pound sand. But 5 years is still better than most, but any dude that gets on here and raves about his 20 year old Weber is talking apple and oranges.

I need a grill so I impulse bought it. But that size has me concerned. I'm sure it's big enough for my family of 5 but when we have people over, I cook for 15 people. Not sure this would cut it.

Which one is USA made? I'm guessing the most expensive line?

Yes, believe it's their Genesis line.
