Good little grill. Got it at Home Depot a few years ago for $150 or so, around Black Friday. No issues in the 4-5 years I've had it. Thought it would be too small, but it's just fine for our family of 3.

It's funny. I have this from a few years ago. Excellent little propane grill. I also have the 22" Weber kettle with a couple little trays that hold the coals to the side. It takes a few extra minutes for the partially reusable lump charcoal I use in the kettle to get up to temp in a chimney, I cook everything using the offset heating on the Weber kettle. It's almost impossible to burn anything unless you put it directly over the coals, and everything has the grilled flavor I missed from using propane. My propane grill has sit unused for at least a year now!
As far as the partially reusable lump charcoal, I use whatever I can get at the time. I close the upper and lower vents a few minutes before I take off my food. The lack of oxygen kills the heat and I'm able to reuse at least 50% of my charcoal a second time. I'll just throw a few new pieces on top of it in the chimney. Bags of charcoal now last me at least twice as long as before.

The kettle is the best grill in the world.

I have the two burner, really want a 3 or 4 burner. Parties get tight with this model. Look for end of summer deals if you can wait. That's when I find my Webers. Early fall home depot had this model in 3 burners for 147 - you may have to hunt it down but worth it. I only passed because all available units were assembled and left outside. Lots of fine scratches and little nicks here and there. I'm a new in the box type of person. Didn't want the extra hassle. Good product, great warranty and customer service. This model typically goes for $199 at target during end of season clearance.

I have the older version with the door. Picked it up in super clean condition off marketplace for under $100 with a tank. I really like it. I can sear up a steak, and it will go down low for a slower cook. Mines probably 8 years old and still looks new. And I use it a LOT.

Apparently this is bouncing up n down between $336 and $449. With delivery times up to a month, I grabbed it at the $336 to think about, and replace a really old Monsta Sears unit. Just jumped back to the $440.
