My family has been using this for years and we live in one of the mosquito capitals of the world. It works each and every time with all sorts of bites and it also works just as well if you do it several hours after the bite. The key is to center it perfectly over the bite, get a strong suction and keep the suction going for 10 to 20 seconds. For bad bites, we occasionally do it twice. The itch goes away almost immediately. It is so quick and easy that in the summer, it ends up away from our first aid drawer and in our living room. I would have grabbed a few more at this price, but it's 8 bucks near me.

Used this last summer on a lake camping trip.. it didn't work on the dozen of mosquito bites I got. Wish it did though!

I find if i grow onion chives they split from the root and seed themselves for a permanent patch of cooking chives wherever you plant...if I ever get bit/stung I open one of these hollow tube chives and rub that in and it takes a lot of the sting away
