Can anyone who has used these give a review? How do they compare to the regular plug in, indoor eufy / wise cams?

It designs works for both outdoor or indoor

Not sure why the down votes. I got this camera during the other $19 sale. Love it. We have 2 Ring, Blink ( nanny cam), Arlo (Grandma cam) and a Motorola/Hubble (baby cam). I love this one the best. We got it for or condo in Vegas. No subscription, just for live check in and security loop recording on SD card if anything happens. App works as fast as the other cams for notification. Cool thing it can sound an alarm and spot light if you want it to. Sensitivity & resolution are comparable.
