I bought 2 phones last year from spectrum and got them unlocked the same week but now they won't nor on the chat or when I called !!
Anyone has a method?

try to get him to reset pw on his samsung account and remove the phone from his account to help... but yeah, samsung lock is similar to icloud lock on apple phone
