I do not recommend Spectrum Mobile. They are an MVNO on Verizon towers and when the network is congested, you have little to no connection because your priority is so low. There is also no upgrade option for a prioritized connection. I dropped them after 1 month.

Your device was received at our warehouse on 02/05/2024. It should be assessed by 02/09/2024.

Waiting. Seems no report for 2/9 today's assessment yet. Friday off or holiday?

They are running a few days behind those estimates. Mine said the 5th, then 7th, and i got the $705 yesterday the 8th.

I got an email today that my trade in was accepted. But credit has not shown in my account yet to request for cc refund. I also emailed spectrum/assurant support yesterday regarding the status of my trade in assessment. They emailed back saying sorry they have backlog and would require an extra 10-20 days for processing. Dunno if it was just a coincidence it was assessed the following day or not but it could have helped?

Took a day for mine to show up. The email arrived yesterday morning, the credit showed up this morning.

My billing started 5 days ago. Can't turn on the phone to activate till today. Soooo thoughts on whether I'll be paying for 65 days of service or 60 days in terms of when I can unlock 🔑

The Spectrum website should show. If you signed up for new service when you purchased your phone then my recollection is that it starts either when you activate the device or 7 days (I think from when the order is confirmed or shipped), whichever comes first.

just expect to pay 3 months. You still got a good deal no matter what.

Yeah with the way they do billing and the no proration policy, you end up almost always paying 3 months of service. Small price to pay for a ridiculously generous promotion. Look at the other Mobile service providers, 36 months of bill credits sounds miserable to me.
