Edit: spoke with the rep, order will still ship. Lucky my current cycle ends 2/14, so I can reactive when the S24 arrives and the plan will get prorated.
Edit 2: looks like the rep couldn't suspend the line due to a pending order. So no go.

It asks for your company name, because it is obviously a sales web form, but enter your name a second time for company name. In "tell us about your business", express your concern or question concerning your trade in. This will be a good way to document your trade in issue if your next step is an FTC/AG/FCC complaint.

So today I chatted with a Spectrum rep to get clarification on what happens to my trade in if I initiate the return. She said that as soon as I initiate the return the $700 trade-in promo will be removed, not when they receive the returned phone. And that if my trade in gets approved after initiating the return I will lose the $700 promo and only receive the actual trade in value of the phone (which is like $11 for my walmart moto g play).
Do you see any changes in your account suggesting what she said is true? Perhaps a pending return confirmation or changes to your original s24 order? My s24 order confirmation under billing history shows I am supposed to receive $700 trade in promo so wondering if they have removed that promo from your order. She also told me I have 20 days for them to receive the return unlike your 14 days so not sure if anything they say can be trusted without actual documentation somewhere.
