Should be fixed by next week, all models were effected though I didn't see a big difference on my ultra or my wife's plus.
Also traded in the A15 5G from Metro ($40 cost) for a Motorola RAZR+ for $40 profit.
Tried to do a 4th device but was blocked.

At this point I don't think anyone e has been successful appeal assurant. So I am planning on returning the phone and then requesting the the trade in back and trying to do it instore.
Only thing is I already opened the s24 but I have everything except the plastic screen cover it first comes in, so hopefully they don't deny my return also.

I sent in an unlocked 256GB Samsung S22+, and they're re-evaluated it as the 128gb version.
Granted it is only a difference of $15, and I'm not going to fight them on it, but still shitty they're trying to shortchange me.
It's not a lot of money, but it's the principle behind it; I sent in a higher value trade, I should get trade credit for what I sent in.

I think the problem is when I moved 6 months ago, I went in store to set up Internet service with spectrum and they were offering one free phone line.
They screwed up a number of things, and it had always said "128GB S22+" under my spectrum account (as I was using the phone up until I sent it to Assurant for trade in).
So I'm thinking Assurant is just going off spectrums information, if you already had the phone linked to your account.
Otherwise there's no reason why the phone should have come up as 128gb instead of 256gb. Still have the box, with the IMEI/etc. on it and it says 256GB as does the settings menu in the phone (which j took pictures of before sending the phone in).
Again, just going to accept the adjusted trade in value and move on.
Definitely going to do this in store in the future, to avoid this type of thing again.
