Still waiting for one of my pre-order S24 Gray from 1/30. Anyone in same boat?
In terms of where you can see the next step, have you tried checking the original link that they sent where you print the shipping label from that shows status updates?
The bad: I did three trade-ins in store, and I was supposed to get one like free (due to the one free line with two new lines promo).
So essentially I'm going to be paying an extra $90 after everything is said and done (for three months of service).
Anybody else have this issue?
