Decided to pick one of these up. According to CCC this is the lowest price ever. Seems like you get quite a lot for $20.

May I know what is SAE connector? Is that a must with this item?

Sae connector is a standard plug male/female. With this you can switch out the end connection to a ring terminals for batteries like marine batteries or a lot of other custom connectors. You can also extend the length of the wire.
Don't concentrate on the amps. Just the features you need.
