If you're physical active and not just some hop on the treadmill for 30 minutes and call it a workout, you'll likely be fine. If you're gaining weight on these and you're not sub 10% body fat, it means you don't actually take physical fitness serious enough. I know this will be likely be downvoted but just remember that downvoting someone online doesn't improve your fitness level. Go ahead and downvote but in return go harder at the gym(or wherever you exercise) the next time you go at it.
With all of that said, this bar is obviously targeting people who likely doesn't know too much about fitness and thinks eating protein is enough to meet their goals(so they opt for the better tasting protein bars).

I bet I'd get less downvotes from those with nothing better to do if they knew I can't even see them!
I only know about it at all because a couple of people have told me. Some people can't take being wrong.
