Here's the one I got, although it's $247 in the USA, and might take like 2-3 weeks to get it. I get stuff here in Japan in about 5-7 days.

Just know that since it's the Chinese version (better specs and UI features), you have to install Google Play yourself. Thankfully, it's super easy and Lenovo will even send you a quick video on how to do it, or you can see from the reviews people mentioning it.

Sadly, there is no other internals for the 8.7" size than the 4gb Ram 64gb harddrive.
They are unaware if there are plans for better performance model in that size.

It is released, look at Walmart app....I th8nk its $179 but only 4gb ram 64gb hdd. It's 8.7" and there are no other options for it.
