For those curious, 3 way via single click, double click, and long click
Have a few of these using Zigbee2MQTT within Home Assistant without issue or any work arounds.
For those curious, I've been pretty happy with Aqara devices

Door Lock
Light switch no neutral
Mini switch
Door/window sensor
Leak monitor

Everything just works and ties to HomeKit

I also bought m2 hub sine it was only 41 during holidays, though from what I can tell every device has its own QR code to tie directly your HomeKit so not sure it's 100% needed

I wish Eufy developers were this good with their Intergrations to homekit

I had similar experience with ST,
1. Check if the blue led flashes when you press the reset button - if not then, open the back cover and remove battery protection plastic sheet, looks at time it does not come out fully.
2. There are multiple edge drivers - but this one seems to be working (at least for me), if Aqara button detected as Thing then change driver once enrolled using the link in the below community post.

When you put the device in pairing mode, keep clicking the pair button to keep it awake... Smart things will eventually find it. Unfortunately, mine drops out of connection every so often and you have to repair.

If anyone is looking for a Zigbee 4 button remote (with single/double/hold press on each button), I've been happy so far with this model from AliExpress for $12.37: MOES switch
https://a.aliexpress.com/_mrJX4vy

I'd only buy one and try it out - other 4 way zigbee switches I've bought from AliExpress turned out to suck (fails to register presses half the time). So far this one hasn't missed a press yet, but it's only been 2 days of light testing. Shows up as a TS0044 in Zigbee2MQTT. Plasticky build quality but gives a ton of functionality for the price.
Any idea if it will work with ZHA?

I think I got it to work with ZHA before I switched over to Z2M to get a presence sensor to work (spoiler: it didn't). Others have commented the battery life is only a few months.

My Aqara temp sensors have been very hit and miss with Home Assistant. Batteries burn up in a couple, others are about to hit a year. But I do have an Aqara switch at my back door and it's been going strong for well over a year now, no battery changes. Probably gonna grab one of these to test or just throw in the smart home box in the garage for a rainy day..

My Home Assistant experience has been pretty great. I mainly use them for light control.

A note on on my experience pairing them with Sky Connect, they will attempt to go to sleep shortly after pairing and it will fail. I found that tapping the main button every couple of seconds did the trick kept it awake to complete the pairing.

Do you have a Home Theater room and like changing mood on the fly? This works fantastic with Hubitat.

Which driver did you end up installing, there are multiple available once you install the channel?
