Def not for any heavy e-bikes. But 1 mtb in bottom and lighter road on top is okay. I have mine leaning against a very heavy storage rack so I've zip tied the stand to the vertical beams to make it slightly more secure.
As long as the floor has grip the weight will keep the stand in-place
