- Z1 (non-Extreme) is like a Ryzen 5 (12 core) and has integrated Radeon 740M (256 shaders)
- Z1 Extreme is like Ryzen 7 (16 core) and has integrated Radeon 780M (768 shaders)
What are the gaming performance differences?

Turn on RSR, set the game to 720P, and pretty much most games will run at Mid 30s to low 50s. Radeon Boost can add a few frames too and then RFMF will bring this to a solid 60 FPS.
Oh and if you mostly play at home and have a gaming PC, then you have the opportunity to install some free software use a home cloud gaming setup that's dang near flawless and the game will look better than anything the Extreme version could run natively. Then you get some decent gaming on the go and high end at home.
Also, this thing didn't run as hot as the extreme, and had no real issues with the SD Card.

The regular can be useful if: you plan to play mostly pixel/indie kind of games, plan to stream from your more powerful PC.
If the above is true and you're ok with it. It's a great machine. The display and sound is much better than SD and I used to own one too
