Zips off lug nuts....great for tire rotation or if your are stuck on the side of the road and need to remove a wheel and install a spare. I take it with me quite often for road trips.

I dont know if I got a dud but mine wouldn't break loose a 95 ft-lb torqued lug nut... 500 ft-lb of break away torque my a$$. Reviews on THD mention the same thing. It's going back.

Reading more than the very few 1-star reviews, it is clear that this impact wrench easily zips off lug nuts for most people. That it won't for you points to a problem with your particular situation. Maybe there's an issue with your lugs, you're using torque robbing adapters, your socket fits poorly, your battery is bad, low, or too small, the wrench is on the wrong setting, or possibly you just got a rare lemon.

I don't have this one, but my 250 ft-lb Ridgid sub-compact model handles passenger car lug nuts with no problem.
