I was a customer back when they started as a food site where everything was $2-$4. Stuff was good quality, but shipping killed it for them. The people that bought the brand and site and relaunched it kept the logo but got rid of most of the food. I bought their $129 Vitamix knockoff. It's okay. Not life changing, but better than an Oster.
This website is a bit creepy. I think this website uses some sort of tracker to find your email and spam you with coupon. Just be aware. I received an email from this website with a 25% coupon code and I didn't even give this site any info.

Yeah, sounds like poseur edgelord stuff, as though "Barefoot Naked Simple Earth Human Bean" was already taken. On the other hand, you can do yourself a disservice by not looking past that at least a little bit, especially nowadays when capturing the essence of the product takes a back seat (way back) to a) available domain names and b) what the algorithms say will trend more easily.
"Made in," a slightly less dopey name, although it begs people to presume China, is quality stuff. The cookware is made in the US and the knives, at least some of them, in France.
Here we are all talking about the brand name, so I guess it did its job

FYI - d5 All-Clad is alternating layers of stainless and aluminum, the outer two SS are for ease of cleanup and durability, and the inner SS to eliminate hotspots. The two Al layers are for quick heating. This product has the same two SS layers on the outside, but all three inner layers are Al. I don't even know how that makes sense, it would literally be better to use one single thicker layer of Al, therefore this is all just smoke and mirrors.
Yes purchased many other products and of good quality, however, never used their cookware. Considering the purchase though, but been eyeing up American made products.

Likely cheaper to machine three thinner layers of aluminum. Otherwise yeah it is worse than a single thick aluminum layer.

It amuses me that they trademarked their brandless brand.

No.
Which is why I'm asking the user who has actual hands on experience if their version is the same model.
I can tell it claims to be 5-ply, which is usually a higher quality/cost than standard 3-ply pans.

The main benefit is the riveted handles have not loosened at all, despite several quarts of soup supported by only one handle.
