Modern houses sure. I cook on the patio, in the garage, sometimes in the basement even… I wave to my neighbors at times who are also cooking outta the garage, it's a good point to bring up.
This seems to be a great oven- that being said- my observation is most people
like Ny Pizza better than Neapolitan .I know that is very old people thing to
say. If you are happy with a Ny pizza - get the $99 Italian pizza oven at Sam's
it is amazing

Got this at Costco for a similar price. Very happy with it. Cooks great pizzas (mainly do Neapolitan); heats up pretty quick; easy to clean. Make sure if you get it to leave it plugged in after you hit stop on the oven, it will run the fans for about ten minutes after to cool the machine and protect the electronics.
youtube reviews make it sound like a real good option compared to the $1000 electric pizza ovens out there.
Heat is heat. As long as it's heating up evenly and insulating that heat the same, it won't perform any differently than the expensive ones. I suppose build quality, durability and maybe ease of use/cleaning would be other factors in terms of price.

20 amp receptacle outlets are required in kitchens by code so your point is irrelevant
This is a VERY ignorant thing to say. Houses and apartments where readers might live now could have been built 50 to 100 years ago. Codes have been different then. If there were no recent kitchen renovations, that might have included electrical wires being moved, the current codes would not apply. Maximum a city inspector might ask for gfci outlets. But a city can't make you rewire your kitchen for 20A loads if you just changed kitchen cabinets and painted. Unless there is aluminum wiring, a city would be powerless to mandate a costly in-wall wire replacement.
So, your point is ignorant and incorrect.

to add to this, the code for 20amp was around 1959, however not all areas followed NEC.
so yes, you will find many 15 amp kitchen breakers,

Bought this at Costco discounted from 400 to 250. I use 8oz dough balls that I purchase from Vons. Their dough balls are very popular and make a good sized pizza for 2-3 people. I made several pizzas in it and I had issues with too much steam causing the bread to not crispify. I tried both neopolitan and NY pizzas. Same issue with both. Tried different temps without luck. Checked the recipes that come with the oven and they all use 4oz dough. Too small for my needs. Returning the oven to Costco and going back to the pizza steel in my 550 degree oven. I've made amazing NY style pizza in my regular oven with the pizza steel. Don't really care for neopolitan pizzas so don't need an oven that goes above 550. Neopolitan is nice once in a while but I need protein on my pizzas along with a bunch of ingredients to feel satiated.
If you don't care for neopolitan pizzas, get a pizza steel which is better than a pizza stone and don't bother with another appliance.
