Can anyone tell me a simple setup I could use for a band with this? Needing a PA for vocals and I have no clue.

Would need an amp for the speakers + a mixer. At this level you can probably do a combo unit.

Any "powered mixer" Will be fine with these and is the easiest route to go. It's a mixer and amplifier combined. You might be able to find a cheap used Europower from Behringer.

Otherwise crown and QSC are good choices for amplifiers.
