Anything with similar specs seems to cost at least $400 to $1000 more.
PS - I'm not a gamer or video/photo editor, but I want 17", 32GB+ RAM, and AMD (fuk Intel).
PPS - I know HP quality control is not great, and expect certain (hopefully, non-essential) parts to slowly fail over time. And I have a Dell (and don't want another).

About the one in this post - agree with earlier poster. New at $550 is slick. Getting a GPU with at least 6GB of ram is solid.
Best Buy has a lot right now, figure out your needs and good luck!
But it is strange that Lenovo not put 16gb ram to the machine

No one is making high end laptop without a nvidia card. Too bad.

1080P, 17 inches, oh no
It has a dedicated GPU. They are not going to add that and not call it gaming or creator. It's a crappy gaming laptop but still have that GPU.

More than likely I wouldn't use the monitor at all. I would use an external to begin with as well as keyboard and mouse. Just a highly portable CPU
I can't hang with share any positive or negative experiences with certain brand names as well as model numbers of good external GPU cases and their limitations Thank you

I fell for a cheap 45% NTSC laptop a year ago. It's now gathering dust in my basement.
