I finally got my credit today but when I went to chat to request my credit to my card. I got this from Luis. I was able to request my credit back to my card same day when I asked on my previous trade in. Anyone with the same issue?

I understand your frustration, I do, as an account manager and bill agent here doing this for years, I know its nice to get it fast, however, no one gets it immediately, not even us who work here.

Trade in takes longer, it takes 1-3 bill cycles before you see the trade in but that is a different operation and function entirely sir."

EDIT: I could be connected with one CS agent. That agent processed the refund the amount to the credit card that I put in the account. I will check tomorrow for the pending transaction.

I tried chat again and got the same Luis manager guy, huh. I'll try calling later today.
Spectrum service can go very smooth or a complete nightmare depending on the CS.
Last time, it took me almost 20min. to transfer the credit because the person didn't know how to do it or wasn't very familiar with it. Other times, took me 2min.
If you get a pita CS, just hang up/end chat and try again. Not worth the headache.
I did chat yesterday and got very nice rep. Credit was refunded to my credit card and also had 2 lines that were ready for unlock which she unlocked right away. All in all within 15 mins both tasks completed!
Update: I just checked my credit card and refund is already showing!!

Did you cancel the service after the device was unlocked?
I tried chat again and got the same Luis manager guy, huh. I'll try calling later today.
Alright, an update looks like I got my credit on my card yesterday. Before it would show up as pending. This just show up today. This Luis manager was wrong, I didn't have to until the end of my billing cycle to get the credt to my card.
