"Great question, all customers when receiving a refund and has active service will always get their refunds at the end of their bill cycles, and without active services its 7-10 business days.
Thank you for your request, in fact, the refund was just sitting here, I just pushed it through like right now, so its going to go back on your card April 30th which is the end of your bill cycle, I apologize sir, there is no way to expedite this at all.
I understand your frustration, I do, as an account manager and bill agent here doing this for years, I know its nice to get it fast, however, no one gets it immediately, not even us who work here.

Thank you for your response, however, it does not take a few days when you have active mobile service, it always go back at the end of the bill cycle as you can also read the mobile terms on our website but its very long about 96 pages in fine print stating this as well.
Trade in takes longer, it takes 1-3 bill cycles before you see the trade in but that is a different operation and function entirely sir."

Last time, it took me almost 20min. to transfer the credit because the person didn't know how to do it or wasn't very familiar with it. Other times, took me 2min.
If you get a pita CS, just hang up/end chat and try again. Not worth the headache.
