Not sure how you got that. The DEC20 deal was $480 before tax and I was charged tax to over $500. This deal is cheaper unless you got a lesser condition.
Varies state by state. My state has hit all the big boys like Amazon and eBay but many of the smaller sites have gone under the radar, for now. That list gets smaller every day though.
Also, this is showing as $466 on my end, how do you get $440?

Flip it so the crown is on the opposite side. I am able to hit the heavy bag no problem after doing this.
The only issue is if you want to leave your phone at home, the uw1 doesn't do siri processing while the uw2 does some on the watch itself. Everything else seems to work fine. I turned cellular on and left my phone in the hotel room in Jamaica last week, was able to answer calls while snorkeling kind of thing.
Honestly I don't think the uw2 is worth the 400+ more you'd be spending on it compared to this deal.
