Asked Microsoft Copilot about the vasoconstriction relative to working out, here's what it said: "While caffeine does constrict blood vessels, its overall impact on exercise performance is positive. Here's why:
Increased Blood Flow to Active Muscles: Despite the initial vasoconstriction, caffeine enhances blood flow to the muscles you're actively using during exercise. This improved blood flow can enhance performance and delay fatigue."
It had legitimate links to source information for this. I thought it was pretty helpful. That being said, I'd like the idea of Beta alanine to help as well

Wouldn't creatine be pointless in a pre workout anyway? The stuff takes 30 days to build up in your system over many doses. Taking it less than an hour before training has exactly the same effect as taking it any other time of day. That last dose won't change your workout at all.

When researching I found that proper amount of just beta alanine was 3-3.2 g by itself.
You can buy beta alanine by itself from Amazon and take the proper amount. I wish they would indicate how much beta alanine was in this vs the "blend"
