I mainly just drink 10 ounces of plain black coffee before my cardio workouts, would using pre workout instead help much?

If you never tried this stuff before be warned it has side effects if you don't like the itchy and rash caused by CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine. I tried some and it made my skin on my neck and chest area itch like crazy. Some people like the itch though cause it tells them the stuff is working.

This stuff kicks. I usually only take half a scoop. Very worth for the price, they are normally around 2 for $38 at my local costco.

I read it as Invitro Feritlization...

This stuff is great, I use it almost every day (strength, cardio, or just a pick me up) and definitely prefer it to all other energy drinks. At 30 cents a serving it's about 70% cheaper than the best price on Monster or Rockstar, and a lot less filling.
