I stopped using C4 when I discovered their dosages were all wrong and that they were pumping fillers into their "proprietary blends" to make it seem like they were giving you all the useful ingredients. The truth is, none of the main ingredients are at max efficacy dosages, which is why these tubs are so cheap. I used to get swindled by the price tag and load up on these crappy preworkouts, but after switching to something better with transparent labels, I'm happy paying more for a solid product

awesome. in 4 1 watermelon. c4 is great stuff. preworkout is preworkout. good deal. I mean yeah you could make your own blend by buying beta alanine and creative and taurine and BCAA's and caffeine and mixing it together and it might be cheaper. but this is nice and handy. also has b12 and arginine in it. again all can be purchased separately and supplemented. but for $13? Hard to beat.

Depends on if you want creatine? :p

I've used both, it's a modest amount of creatine and anyone serious about strength training would probably dose their own.

So I'm a fan of Ripped (no creatine) because sometimes you don't want the water weight, like training for endurance events.
