Almost no skateboard comes ideally setup for a adult man unless you are just super fit or small, as they are mostly tailored to kids. The bushings come with a soft durometer that makes the board lean over too easily. For say a 200lbs. man, the 85-90 durometer bushings will ideally be changed out for 98-100s. The good news is bushings are only about $9.
Unless you have skating experience as a kid, I recommend most adults to start on a longboard or at least a cruiser. Bigger wheels roll over cracks without launching you. Softer wheels grab better and reduce the bumpiness. Longer wheelbases and firmer bushings make the board less darty.
DGK is legit. Started by pro skater Stevie Williams. *EDIT* Let me add that if you're an adult - those board widths are considered narrow by today's standards. Most are riding at least 8" and up. If you skated in the 90s - these available widths would probably feel normal.
This was posted last month. Free shipping does not apply to these. If you add four to your cart, shipping is still a flat rate $40.

Is this a real skateboard or one of those walmart quality ones that can't handle the weight of an adult?

Thanks! I rode an 8" as a kid since I have Size 13 shoes since high school. Might need to find a 8.5 now.
How so? Kind of worthless conjecture without details. Most skateboards come with softer bushings (~90 being pretty common) not setup well for a 200lbs. man. At that weight durometer bushings are usually recommended to be about 95+. The vast majority of boards don't come with that firmness. Can you ride a board with softer bushings? Sure. Is it best for a beginner. No, you are incorrect. I clarified that I meant setup ideally for an adult male.

Long boarding and skateboarding are two different animals here, durometer pertaining to bushings is personal choice but for beginners I do understand the want for a harder bushing and softer wheels. You want softer durometer for kids and people who weigh little but again it's all personal preference in the end
