Very unhelpful comment. Build quality of LG and QC is much better, and Tizen OS sucks. Given the $50 difference, this is the better deal. Plus Dolby Vision.
lol. No Dolby vision 😂😂😂
There's a reason Dolby vision has much more adoption than HDR10+

I mostly watch content on Apple TV and Amazon Prime, and both support HDR10+. No issues watching 4K Blu Rays either.
Well even more so the C3 would probably be a better choice in that scenario.

"However, the LG supports DTS audio formats and Dolby Vision, making it great for Blu-ray fans. It also has better low-quality content smoothing than the Samsung TV, making it better for watching streaming content, especially in low-bitrate situations."

Nah, lol. I've rewatched most of my 4KBR collection on the S95C and it's been better in every way than the LG C2 I got rid of. I don't need the comments of armchair slickdeal buyers when I had both TVs side by side running the exact same content.

lol that was from rtings who calibrated both and compared the newer/better C3 side by side that said that! 🤔
I've done the same both calibrated, imo C3 had better processing with a more accurate PQ.
DV vs HDR10+, good luck finding a movie with both.
Most of the time you're only gonna get HDR10 with Samsung.
Using streaming content is a waste, it's a low-quality content, pretty irrelevant with judging PQ imo.
My 2008 Samsung LNT5281F $2500 52" TV bought in 2008 just died. That was 16 years of life and a great TV(500,000:1 contrast ratio, the best at the time). I'm still upset that it died, but I got my money's worth out of it.
Everyone has different experiences. Samsung's newer stuff is not as reliable as stuff from 15+ years ago. A quick look at more recent reviews clearly shows this. Also, they just started making OLED panels, whereas LG has been making them for quite some time. I'll stick with tried n true LG. Especially when you are spending thousands of dollars.

Dolby Vision is regularly an obvious difference over HDR10, which is often what you end up with Samsung since most movies don't offer HDR10+.
