Should obviously only apply to purchases made after they changed the rules.

Ordered Sunday, March 3rd. Hasn't shipped out yet. Order status still shows no update but isn't cancelled. Does it normally take them a few days to ship orders? I read at least one person getting it very promptly.

Batting 500 with Metro on this deal. Ordered a 12 successfully but got the transfer error and lost a number on a 2nd order with the 11 back in stock Smilie Don't use a number that's important to you on these port in deals from Metro.

I too used a GV number for my i12 order. Metro checked and "reserved" the number during ordering. But the number will not be actually ported in until the Metro phone is activated.

Placed order for iphone 11 and got through all the way to verification questions. Failed the test and now get this error "Sorry, you are not eligible to add a new line. Please contact support to discover the reason for ineligibility. 1-888-8metro8"

Now I am in limbo hell....

This was for add a line. Support is not trained well and when I bring up the error with ordering they have no idea whats going on. I was also charged $40 for the plan

That's probably a "ping" on your credit card. If the order didn't go through, it should drop off after a few days.

Ordered iP11 for $65 using Tracfone VZ number port

Had a TF VZ number from mid-Dec that expired mid-Jan -- my TF account had some free reward pts in it so I used 1500pts to reactivate the line (within 60 days of exp so no issue keeping number/sim)

Metro checkout page had some errors while trying to confirm port info but was able to get the order placed after a few mins -- had to use the checkout page's "back arrow button" (not the browser's) to go back and then continue forward to finish checkout

1st order in the past few yrs so new Metro customer (last order was in 2020 for a BYOD sim/plan) -- didn't ask any verification questions

When did you ordered? I ordered on friday March 1st and received shipping email that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but went to UPS app and it shows a label has been created, I checked order status again today and now it shows delayed and shipped today on Metros website, UPS still show label created
