Flanagan always makes high production value shows. Story-wise, they are kinda hit or miss. I loved Hill House, thought Bly Manor was decent but definitely a step down. Midnight Mass was amazing, then The Midnight Club the following year was probably his weakest series yet. Currently watching The Fall of the House of Usher and he appears to be back in top form. Seems to get his shine every alternating year
I haven't seen any of these, but had House of Usher on my list for awhile.
This looks good, but is $25 a good deal for 2 Blu-Rays seasons? Serious question, thanks!
The Haunting of Hill House is pure art, especially if you yourself come from a large family. You'll watch it every October, 10/10 easily.
Bly Manor is good, if not a slight bit unpredictable. It is filmed in the same light as Hill House, where it goes back and forth and the timelines overlap in different episodes.
Quick note about the Director, Mike Flanagan. He makes horror/drama for Netflix. They are usually literary remixes, where he uses the same 10 actors (including his real life wife) in every series. I would recommend watching all his work.

I'd say even his "worst" series is still way better than 90% of what's out there. I agree in your rankings, but still enjoyed the hell out of all of them, and was disappointed they canceled Midnight Club.
Too bad these aren't 4k, and one of the reviews complains about the encoding quality

As others have said, Hill House is amazing. Bly is really good, just can't live up to expectations from Hill House.
Not part of this deal but please watch Midnight Mass. It's a bit slower and a bit weirder but man is it good.
