Is the deal dead? When I place the order, it's asking me to create an ATT account with SSN and asking my Driving license. Is this reqd?

I deleted the cart
added everything back again and watching the email for new account confirmation
the email came, I clicked for activate and then it shows the BB order confirmation page
I guess it was waiting on email confirmation and I never checked the email.
