I've been dealing with the same issue. I requested a replacement but there's "been an unexpected delay." I've been waiting for a replacement for 6 weeks. They can't give a refund because of the outstanding replacement request and they can't cancel the replacement request either. They've been terrible.
They are incredibly inflexible with their policies. I wanted to change a return and refund for a replacement and they couldn't do it. I bought a Bespoke refrigerator from them and there was a dent on the removable door panel. They couldn't just replace the panel(Bespoke line has replaceable panels) and had to ship me a whole new fridge! If you have a problem with a new item, it can be hell. Not sure it is worth the hassle.
Anyone here know when the 2024 Samsung models come out? And secondly, does anyone know if that new "Audio Subtitle" feature for the blind will be on all models or just super high end ones? I heard the feature talked about at CES. Thanks!
Chatted with an online customer service and got a 10% discount with 2 years of free warranty. I think it's a great deal. I paid via paypal so hoping to get some cashback too. I have an EPP account. Bought 85 inches Q90C for 1720 plus tax.

Good luck. I went through 3 85'' mini-LED's, QN90B DOA, QN95B worked for 8 months then died, QN95C (free upgrade from Samsung) worked for 3 months then died. Ended up fighting tooth and nail and got a 75% refund and went back to OLED. Samsung QC is a nightmare, they don't make em like they used to.
Just had a nightmare with 85" QLED Samsung that worked for a month and then started showing white circle patterns on every image. Took an absolute insane amount of time and energy to finally get them to agree to a refund. Replacement wasn't an option. It was so pathetic one representative told me to makeshift a box for the tv that weighs over 100lbs by taping cardboard together. I had even reached out to my local news station and they sent something to the Samsung PR department and magically the next day I received the return approval email. All in all will never buy a Samsung again due to their horrendous customer service. Spent a total of just over 16 hours on the phone on hold and talking with people just pointing the finger at the sales department and then back to customer support over and over

This has been my experience with some of their products. My refrigerator fiasco was a nightmare, but that worked out to my advantage big time. It was pure luck. I think I'm going to just wait for the next wave of tv's. The QN90C seems to have some issues. I'm not in a rush at this point. Question, whose customer service isn't terrible?

I bought an 85" refurb Samsung QN90A 3 months ago for $1690. Incredible tv, zero issues, just wish I upgraded sooner from my Samsung 65" curved 4k LCD (8500 model) I bought in 2018. QLED is great, would take an 85" QLED over a 77" OLED because of the size difference. I may buy this for the bedroom. I have bought everything Samsung (phones, tvs, laptops, hard drives, smarthings, etc) for 10+ years and never had a single issue once except no regret.
