It happened to me I sent my s20 ultra as a trade in. Got email from Samsung that I never sent the phone. Unfortunately didn't take pictures so have no proof.

People don't like that response but it doesn't make your or my experience less true. i keep hoping for better from Samsung. hope this version is better.
